Do they carry out these checks then ? Okay leave waste what about roads , do you expect apartments more than 50 units to buy their own road rollers and build their own roads ? Some of your relatives might be living in such apartments think of them before you come up with such illogical rules or else grow a spine and say we cannot do it but save us such trickery.
