Villas by Greenshapes Developers India Pvt Ltd at Sarjapur has 5116 sq ft of covered area priced at Rs 1.52 crore onwards. Azven Realty has villas sized 2855 sq ft to 3418 sq ft in Sarjapur for Rs 1.57 crore onwards. These projects have given the villa market a boost and created a new perception that villas can be available in about Rs 1 crore.

Villa was usually followed up by a concept “luxury living” and now villas will be a fruit to all. The developers are now introducing “affordable villas” providing best of best facilities and amenities like; golf track, club house, landscaped gardens, lake and many such. Quite unbelievable!

Villas were usually meant to cost a huge sum and for maximum of the population affording for villas was a long time dream.However, scenarios are not same villas which are coming up in the outskirts of the city are being designed that would suit people’s budget!

Yes, there are now developers who are offering affordable villas with gated community concept. Developers like JR Housing and Artha Property are coming up with the affordable villa concept on Anekal road, near Electronic city and Sarjapur Extension. So hope for the best.
