Q: The Greater Cochin Development Authority is now a days planned to prepare the land bank in the city. Will it enhance the building of a planned city for Cochin

Cochin need to be reconstructed as a planned city in order to get rid of the issues like traffic, pollution etc. And that process is in progress with the Cochin Metro also.

The main aim of the Cochin government is to ensure that the projects will be developed in specified locations. That will help the government to keep the city clean and planned.
