Hi sukhwinder, crossing republic is best option, as we go for other option they are not ready to move in, price are bit higher than this. price are increasing day by day in this area , if you are interested let know regards. malikgaurav01@gmail.com

If you want to own an apartment for investment purpose only, then you may as well search in neighbouring areas of Ghaziabad like Vasundhara and Vaishali. You will get a 2 BHK within Rs 30 lakhs - 35 lakhs in those areas and an apartment in Vasundhara or Vaishali may fetch you higher rentals than Crossings Republik.

it is good to invest there only if u have ready money and you wnt ready to move flat. if u wnt only investment for return . in tht case i vll nt suggest u tht area.
