Q: Hi friends, what about the new land acquisition bill? Has it got approved or not yet? I'm curious to know if there will be any benefit for buyers with the bill.

Hi Mohan, it is about to be finalised.. but I heard that the land rates will increase very much if this new bill is passed.. so there will be no benefit but risk to buyers.. The prices of projects are already reaching sky, and now if it is again going to increase then how are buyers going to buy anymore?
