Q: Hello folks.found this forum worth of discussing issues of land grabbing. Although it is seen many states..but recently heard about Tamil Nadu.

Yes government has taken action..now one has to necessarily submit all documents relating to power of attorney and sale agreement of property .These documents would help in preventing land grabbing case and bogus registration in Tamil Nadu.

Its good to discuss these things. Such cases happen around us and we are not even aware of it. Generally farmers live in fear to loose their land. i hope government is taking actions to prevent land grabbing
