Any update on CCI and DLF related issue?

Q: What has been decided over this issue regarding DLF projects in Gurgaon? Is it clear now or still going on?

I hope the new framework by CCI would be useful and impartial on both the buyers and builders part. And I am worried to see such cases with DLF, as it is one of the top realtors in India and if such builders go in wrong route then it is quite common that other small builders would prefer to follow them.

hi Ranjith, CCI has made certain changes in the agreement between buyers and DLF. CCI is also on the verge of preparing a better framework for commercial agreements between builders and buyers.
