Yes I totally agree with Kaushik and other thing I would like to say if you really want invest that you can invest in Delhi Property and now a days coming up new opportunity in Delhi by DDA MPD 2021. Rahul, it is true there are many cases coming up regarding this issue. But recently the residents and a deligation gorup met the Uttar Pradesh administration to solve out the problem. My personal suggestion will be wait for some time and then invest in this area. The positive thing , this is a hot cake for real estate sector. So investment will have good retuns in future. By the way what kind of investment you want to do?any particular project?
