In Pune, Post Covid, the commercial real estate market is bouncing back with robust growth. Real estate players like Raviraj reality have introduced path-breaking commercial real estate projects like West Avenue in Pune city.
Due to emergent trends and lifestyles, multiple ancient structures need to renew. Though growing but the areas need to grow vertically to benefit sufficiently from space for parking. So, redevelopment of rods & parking spaces is also needed.

The Real Estate industry in Pune is doing perfectly alright, infact great i must say. As Pune being the IT destination of India, many people from various regions come in Pune for either Jobs, Education and Business opportunities. Due to that Pune has got a good exposure in the international market i must conclude. The places Hinjewadi, Baner, Balewadi, wakad has developed very rapidly in the recent years and also have attracted various Business seekers.
I am too planning to purchase a good flat with required amenities. While searching one though, a friend of mine suggested me KBD Group, they have a construction going on in Baner "Aurelia", located in a very descent location with Malls,Theater, IT companies, Hotels & Hospitals nearby. It is very necessary to have access to all the facilities near your residents. There are many construction going on in Baner but KBD Group have been appraised by the localities and their customers.

Pune real estate is growing at a fast pace in recent times. This is because of pleasant climate, peaceful atmosphere, education, career openings and great accessibility to businesses communities worldwide. Also, its proximity to the finance capital of the country has given it an edge from other cities.There has been a need for redevelopment of the old houses in Pune. Due to emergent trends and lifestyle, many old structures are either vacant or not safe for living. Though growing but the areas need to grow vertically to avail enough space for parking.So, redevelopment of parking space is also needed.
