As far my knowledge, DLF do not have any new project in Delhi-NCR. But DLF have already built a luxury project in GK-II, Queen’s Court, and is in the process of giving possession. DLF is constructing King’s Court at Greater Kailash II (GK-II) in the city.

Queen’s Court had 19 homes which have been sold out and only two penthouses are left. The units are priced at Rs 5,500-9,000 a sq ft. Its upcoming King’s Court will comprise four and five bedroom- hall-kitchen apartments and town houses in the range of Rs 5,000-7,000 a sq ft. Possession is expected in the next two years.

Hi Gaurav, DLF is going thorugh some legal problem right now. Yes there are two projects coming up Park Plaza and Magnolia. But are you looking for residential investment or commercial investment?
