Last saturday I had been to lalit ashok where property exhibition was going on there I saw atz properties and saw brochure of splendor the project is right behind to the manyata tech park the location looks interesting and yesterday I had been to site visit the project is beautiful. The entrance itself looks like 5 star hotel and the property is well maintained.

This is all a cooked story I own an apartment from ATZ Properties and more over it's better if we contact them and get more details regarding projects finishing. Regarding legal things to be notified they have made proper documentation and Teja if you have booked a flat it's better you contact the concerned person and get to know about the completion of the project.
