Any updates on Assam land grab case?

Q: What happened to the Minister Khor Sing Engti's land case? Was it proved that he is the culprit.. what do you say about the case?

CBI will be investing the case of land grabbing in Assam by cabinet minister Khor Sing Engti. The Gauhati High Court has asked CBI to investigate the case of the land grabbing incident in Karbi Anglong district and submit a report within three months.

It is really a horrible case.. the complaint was given that the minister Engti had sent goons to trouble them. The goons had behaved very badly with two girls of teh family. So they had written a letter to the Chief Justice on May 4, 2012 alleging that from past six years, their family had been undergoing physical and mental torture because of the minister. Their property was damaged with a view to grabbing their land adjacent to the residence of the Minister in a village under Howraghat police station.

Hi Sumit, CBI will be investing the case of land grabbing in Assam by cabinet minister Khor Sing Engti. The Gauhati High Court has asked CBI to investigate the case of the land grabbing incident in Karbi Anglong district and submit a report within three months. But the minister is saying that he is not involved in any such case.
