Hey Rajiv..residential zone III and residential zone IV do have restrictions. They will have a height restriction of 18 meters and for commercial buildings it is 15 meters.

Hi Deepak..its is like now the buildings in residential zone-1 and residential zone-II in the Hyderabad Metropo-litan Region (HMR) have no restriction on height. I am not sure about the residential zone 3 and 4.

Hi Deepak..the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Plan-2031 is approved. It gives description about the restriction about the height of the buildings in Hyderabad Metropo-litan Region (HMR). The area of industries and manufacturing units has also been hiked.
