Hi Gurmeet..Earlier this flyover was handed over to Chennai Metropolitan Development Programme. Since a part of the flyover also crosses over the railway tracks near the Vyasarpadi Jiva station..it also involved Southern Railway. And the state government is off course there.
Hello Mr. Gurmeet..The Y shape of flyover starts on Basin Bridge road and then divides in two parts (lanes). On lane reaches Erukkancheri High Road and then it links the northern part of the Chennai city to the Kolkata highway (NH5). The second lane reaches Sathyamurthy Nagar Main Road which is situated near Kalyanpuram. I hope you can make out how the flyover will look like.
Hello Bhupendra..the Chennai flyover which connects to Kolkata highway NH5 is expected to complete soon. It is a four lane highway that will ease the traffic flow in the Chennai city’s northern neighbourhood. This highway is Y shaped and look alike to the flyover at Rangarajapuram in T. Nagar.
