Those vacant flats of the 2010 housing scheme are in very bad condition it seems. Doors and windows of flats are missing and they are left dirty. DDA officials said that when next housing schemes are announced, these vacant flats will also be included under those schemes. It is heard that by March, about 3,000 housing units are expected to be ready in areas like Narela, Dwarka and Rohini.

I heard that there are already many flats lying vacant which were allotted in the previous housing schemes by DDA. The authority seems to be careless towards such flats. At least poor people who are looking to buy low cost house could be allotted those flats.

Hi Veena, I doubt you can get them.. there are LIG or Janata flats vacant in areas like Narela, Jasola, Rohini, etc and middle income flats vacant in Jahangirpur. The condition of many vacant flats of the 2010 housing scheme is pathetic. Doors and windows of flats of earlier schemes are found missing, claim sources.
