@ Harmeet...The government allowed to assess government properties in Hyderabad. The commissioner was also expecting the same from the government. Issues related to cheque bounces are also into consideration. From past four years there were around 12,000 such cases identified. Around Rs 23 crore has been realized while some 2000 cases are still left. These pending cases will recover approximately Rs 7 crore.
Hi Ravindra..is government allowing civic body to assess government properties in Hyderabad..?? And what about issues related to cheque bounces..?? Will they be considered by corporation..??
Yes Vena..for this survey tender will be released to invite agencies and the selected agency will collect various taxes from a single building like property tax, professional tax, advertisement tax and trade licence. For this purpose GHMC is issuing provisional trade licences to all building establishments on the spot along with a notice to submit all documents within a given period of time
Hello Mr Ramakrishnan...Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation is planning to assess property tax by using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) survey. They are planning to implement GIS survey to capture every property electronically.
