Chennai has several budding under construction properties being built. Few of which are Lakewoods, Aqualily and Happinest Avadi. Lakewoods are Aqualily are the ones you would want to look into as they are into providing Luxurious Apartments.

@ Lokesh ..This study was carried out on the basis of number of searches and visits on a real estate website in 2011 and 2012. It took in consideration the luxury real estate market in India. And the survey was performed across eight cities namely Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune and Ahmedabad

Hi Dhiraj and Subramanium...Many people are looking for luxury projects in Chennai these days...A survey was performed to find out the city with maximum number of online searches for luxury properties above Rs 1 crore. Chennai took the first place, followed by Delhi -NCR and the third position was occupied by Bangalore.

Hello Subramanium.......few areas in Chennai where properties can be find in the range of Rs 1 crore to Rs 6 crore are Neelankarai and Abhiramapuram and between Rs 4 crore to Rs 6 crore ...you can check Boat Club Road.
