Hey guys, how much reduction has been given on impact fees? Feb 19th was the last date, if I am not wrong. Any idea why the deadline was increased?

Hi Anish, Gujarat government has offered a last chance to those who have not yet filed their impact fee applications for regularization of unauthorised constructions, under the Gujarat Unauthorized Development Regularization (Impact Fee for Regularization of Illegal Properties) Act 2011. It has also planned to reduce impact fees.

Yes Anish, Gujarat’s Urban Development Department has extended its deadline by another month. February 19 was the last date for filing applications. But one month time is given.
