What is the current rate per sqft going on and how much do we have to pay as the booking amount?

Currently the rate per sqft going on is Rs 6300 and you have to pay 10% of the total cost as the booking amount.

Do check on the property before buying... looks like you will not be able to get a landline connection(Airtel and BSNL are not allowed by Salarpuria) inside greenage. Also, you will have to get only ACT's internet and TV. No other service is allowed by the builder. I found this out after booking so just want to make sure others are better informed. Do weigh your options.

It is merely 11 km distance from Kempegowda Bus Station (Majestic Station) and Bangalore City Railway Station, while the Bangalore international Airport is 46 km away. The area is well connected.
