Why they had to meet RWA representatives? Are the layout plans of colonies got approved?

HI wasim, there was shortage of funds by government with regard to the payment for layout plans designed for regularised colonies. The three municipal corporations of Delhi had held meetings with representatives of residents' welfare associations (RWA). But the Commissioners of all three corporations could not make any move in this regard.
