Hi... AKS Sunstone is situated at an ideal location where schools, offices, hospitals, shopping centres, public transport facilities etc are very close to it. It is just off Tambaram – Puzhal Chennai bypass road and close to IT and industrial hub of Ambattur. It is also in close proximity to Metro at Koyambedu and Monorail at Maduravoyil. The upcoming elevated express highway (Maduravoyil to Port) adds locational advantages to the project.

Hi..Vishvanatham..The price of apartments in Aks Sunstone starts from Rs 28 lakhs. I think they are affordable.

Hi Vishwanatham..i found AKS Sunstone as good project. It offers one , two and three bedroom apartments of size ranging between 637 sqft to 1165 sq ft.Apartments at AKS Sunstone are aesthetically and elegantly designed in order to cater different requirements of a family.
