Hi all..i booked a plot in New Port City. I compared the prices of plots in this project with various other project...they are seriously very affordable . Moreover the builder is providing good amenities and features also.

Hi Vasnth..New Port City is located in Sriperumbudur. It is located off State Highway (SH-120) and surrounded by MNC ancillaries and vendor companies. There is also direct bus access to Chennai. It is in close proximity to shops, banks, St. Joseph and Don Bosco School, Christ College and petrol pumps.

Hi Vasanth...The price of these plots in New Port City vary between Rs 3.03 lakh to Rs 5.4 lakh.These are presently the lowest priced approved plots at Sriperumbudur.

Hi Vasanth..New Port City is offering residential plots of size ranging between 350 sq ft to 2400 sq ft. There are total 85 plots surrounded by lush greenery. i checked out and recommend you also .
