No i don't think so..The projects by GHB is not likely to start by end of 2013. This means it will take minimum three more years to complete them.

Hi..i found that the carpet area of the projects would be more than those flats which are offered by private builders. Additionally, the government will also provide all basic amenities. Thus, on whole the board is offering best price to home buyers.

The price of one bedroom apartment proposed by Gujarat Housing Board is around Rs 11 lakh. While a two bedroom apartment unit will be around Rs 18 lakh and Rs 21 lakh.

Hi Vikas,...i heard that the Gujarat Housing Board (GHB) has not proposed cheap prices of apartments in major cities.
