he is now saying 4000-4300, but he is going very SLOW . when I booked he said by end of 2013 then 2014 then now end of 2014. if builds faster it is probably a very good investment

Parimala Sunridge is an ongoing project by Vishnu Priya Group located at Whitefield. The project is expected to get completed by end of 2014. The project comprises of 280 apartments in six majestic towers named Mt Aria, Mt Cera, Mt Lexa, Mt Mira, Mt Nova and Mt Zara. Parimala Sunridge offers 2 and 3 BHK apartments. The project will have 24 types of customized floor plans to choose from 1200 sq. ft to 1800 sq. ft areas.

Location seems to be nice but there is very less information about the builder. It is better to check the past records of the builder before buying an apartment in this project.
