What about the cauvery water connection in this area?

They are providing 4 bore-wells and yes they got cauvery plan sanctioned but till now it is not available. I guess soon they will get it.

Presently, the rate per sqft in Nishant Prime is Rs 2950. They are not ready to negotiate also.

Which are the banks providing home loan for this project?

Rs 2950 is the basic selling cost. Addition charges are: Car Parking - Rs 200,000, Amenities - Rs 1,00,000, BESCOM / BBMP - Rs 125 per sq.ft.
