GMADA holding draw of lots of plots in Mohali

Q: Hi, When is the residential & commercial plots draw of lots happening? Is there any other scheme launching by the GMADA? Can i get the total nos of plot in this scheme? And when was it launch? kindly mention the date please.

After completion of the development works what would be the GMADA's next steps? When and where draw is going to held? When possession of plot be given to the applicants?

Well, After completion of all development works, the draw of lots for 4,000 applicants will be held at GMADA’s office on February 20. The possession of plots will be given to the successful applicants within a month.

How much is the investment cost till now on these works? How long did it take to occur?

According to the GMADA chief administrator A.K. Sinha, GMADA has spent a total sum of Rs 280 crore on these works and their maintenance for the next five years.

What is the current status of the Aerocity in Mohali? What about the street lighting?

Well, According to the GMADA chief administrator A.K. Sinha work on all roads, water supply, storm water and sewerage pipelines, re-charging wells and street lighting had been completed at the site in Aerocity.
