Just about soon after 5 several years difference JDA (Jaipur Devp. Govt) thought out fresh Project name since 'Anand Vihar ' inside the committee presented on 18/02/2014. Project in 250 bigha land & could have 1510 plots. JDA going to spend 1297 and plots as a result of lottery system.

As per the proposal, the JDA will develop 499 plots of 45 square metre , 343 plots of 90 square metre , 419 plots of 162 square metre , 180 plots of 252 square metre and 69 plots of 360 square metre.

Hello Jamuna,
It is estimated that the reserve price of the land will be approximately Rs 8,000. The scheme will be launched by chief minister Vasundhara Raje and a proposal has been sent to her office in this regard.

The average prices for residential apartments in Ajmer Road area ranges between Rs 2200 to Rs 3000 per square feet.
The area is bound to witness good growth in the coming years with a proposed 47 Km long ring road and Jaipur Bus Rapid Transit Service is building its East-West Corridor from Ajmer Road to Delhi Road.

It's really a good news for Jaipur residents. In 2010, JDA has successfully launched the project "Amritkunj" near Kalwar road and planning to launch yet another project.

Acoording to Times Of India news, the scheme is proposed to be developed on around 250 bigha land and will have 1,510 plots. In which 1297 plots through a lottery system while 213 corner plots will be auctioned.
