Q: When last contacted, they said that they were waiting for the election to get over, for the project to start again. What is the update?

sure bulbul as far as i know the CMDA has given the project its approval and reputed banks like the SBI and HDFC housing finance and other leading housing finance companies have approved and giving home loans...

well there are many facilities planned like children play area, senior citizens park, security, club and ATM as well as courts for various games like basketball and shuttle , cricket net, skating rink, pharmacy, power back up, swimming pool etc etc...

its part of a big complex that has offices, commercial areas, hospitals and schools ...as well as shops and daily needs planned inside.. i guess this will be a good place to stay and work...

@ sunil sharma: this project is inside the Marg swarnabhoomi SEZ and was price at Rs1300 /sqft and so costs around Rs 15 lakhs .. there may be some more additional charges as well but that you need to check at the time of purchasing the flat..

@ sunil: there are options of 2 bhk. 2bhk+study, 3 bhk and the sqft size varies from 890sqft - 1200sqft... the project is part of the SEZ that has offices, heathcare and commercial projects all planned in a 1000acres campus.. its about 17 kms from kalpakkam on the ECR route and about midway between chennai and pondicherry....
