Latest Answer: Hi, you can also look ahead for a properties in south delhi, currently there are developers who are coming with a residential property in luxury segment with the gated community, luxurious club house, safe & secured, reserved car parking, high rise building. Chattarpur is known for farmhouses and maximum green open area. you may find good option there.

The project is already ready to move in.It is merely 18 km from airport, 5-6 km from Connaught Place / New Delhi Railway Station, 1.5 km from the existing Metro Station, 16 km from South Extension and 21 km from Indira Gandhi Airport.

Q: We are interested in a 3 bedroom apt can you please give us a call we want to know the price.

Latest Answer: This builder has made a new office in panvel which he doesent tell to the old customers. The customer who booked flat 4-5 years back is getting frustrated as the work is still not startted and call to the builder.. He has just applied for NOC of CIDCO 2-3 months back. Till t that the builder was making the customer fool saying that they did not get NOC from CIDCO.. The builder is sitting in to new office so that old customer can not call or meet them. On reaching to their office they say that Builder is out of station.
