Q: I hav a studio in urbtech xaviers, 408 size, is this right investment for rentel purpas.

Latest Answer: I visited the site yesterday and the first possession is yet to start in 6 months. I have also seen that there are complaints of this builder in the forum. I am thinking of investing in the 1bhk what should I do? the possesion of 1 bhk is proposed in 1.5 years from now.

Latest Answer: Hi all,. Recently I have booked a property in 15th tower top floor i.e. 25th. However the approvals are for G+24 , on seeing this I spoke to 3c. The sales person told me that 13th floor would be absent ( while putting numbers on floor) thereby 25th actually be 24th and 24th be 23rd and so on. I am a bit concerned on this. Anybody has booked top floor or anyone has info on this, be so kind and comment.

Extremely Slow Construction
Q: Answering after more than a year does not hold any significance. I was going to post a question regarding slow construction of lotus zing, but after looking at the answer to Kailash Sharma's question that came after 1 year, I don't think if this website is being maintained seriously.
