Q:The Apartment car packing is too Narrow and the Car part not a standard size. The Standard car pack size as per Central town Plan council advisory committee guide lines its should be around 30Sequer meter for 2BHK House. I am trying to reach Builder to amend the size of car park and make the standard for all. Please do share your Views & comments
Latest Answer: Hi Janakarajp, thanks for the advice,, Association tells this is an problem of individual... the reason is for 60% of the people got good parking slots... so they don't see my pain. one advise to all viewers of this mail thread please do not purchase property from SVS project construction, Bangalore. they will promise everything before payment and after payment they will cheat us... and more over they will give advise to adjust for the cost we spent(almost spent 50Lakh )

Thanks for your reply. hope you did not understand what I am trying to say. I already checked with BSNL. and come to know that the BSNL don't have excess telephone line pair on that area. they need to lay new 100 /2 pair cable almost 1 KM to provide connection. the BSNL officer told me that they don't received any formal request from Apartment Builders during the construction time. / owners association after they occupied the flat. I still remember that during the booking of flat. I heard that each house will get a BSNL telephone line Integrated with Apartment Inter-comm system. But seems the words on paper only. I don't think some one discussed about that.
for me I can get a connection in other way, I know how to Create the market Potential competition with BSNL & other Operators to get the new customer from the Apartment & near by area. but that was my final option.
