Need advice, I want to buy a property in Diamond District Old Airport Road
Q: Are there any litigation problems with DD? And is it worth investing ?Thanks.

Is it mandatory to give keys
Q: I was trying to have accommodation on rent in this building, but one of owner said we need to give one key each to owner of flat and watchman of the apartment. Incase of any leakage of gas or open water they will take care. but he was answerless if in case theft occurs in my absence.

Suggest you not to take such accommodation which is suspicious already.

Latest Answer: Hi Vishant, It is not mandatory to give keys of your apartment but for security purpose you can give one key to the owner, if in case something goes wrong in the apartment in your absence then they can take some precautions.

Q: What are the rights of a tenant when the upstairs neighbour has undertaken massive renovations, leading to leakage, fungal growth and paint peeling in the tenants flat below? The owner of the affected flat has simply indicated that the tenant may carry out necessary repairs/repainting and bill the owner, but who is responsible and accountable for the agony and inconvenience encountered by the tenant? Can this grievance be addressed in the court of law?

Is it good to buy without DC? can i get A khata later?
