Q:Dear All, My apartment: 604 [ 2BHK ] is available for rental accommodation from 1st April, 2012. For Rs 23,000 per month (excluding society maintenance) It is 1410 sq ft with 2 car parkings (in lower basement). Semi-Furnished: Currently the wood work in the flat is going on: Kitchen Cabinets & Bedroom wardrobes / Desk / Bathroom Fixtures. Additional electrical points + provision for central UPS system has been done. Painting of the apartment will happen by the end of 2nd week of March. In case the tenant (if finalised by then) wants a specific colour for the flat, it could be done. I have posted this advertisement in the common floor website.
