Latest Answer: The comment by Victor is illegal and paid comment. Tellapur will not come under GHMC considerations. Although there are 200s of cases in consumer forums, builder is doing some work in snail pace which would complete in another 10-20 years and still doubt about it. The design is nice but the implementation is bad. Capital returns are really poor as there are no customers to purchase
