can i get mutation of plot...?

Latest Answer: The procedure to get mutation of plot includes an application on a plain paper, along with non-judicial stamp of relevant value, containing some information. It is to be submitted to the tahsildar of the area.

During the year 2007, while i was returning to India on vacation i saw huge hoardings at the Jaipur Airport about Narayan infinity project.
Q: i became interested in owing flats in the project. Later through your authorised agent Mr Manoj Bansal I along with my family members, visited the site office of Narayan group near Muhana fruit and vegetable market, where site office personnel took us around the sample flats. There we liked 4BHK flats decided to own.In the year 2009, I received 03 letters from Narayan group each demanding Rupees 03 lacs as installments and allotted Flats numbers 501, 801 and 901 in their Tower "B"
I immediately deposited Rupees 03 lacs for each flat totaling at Rupees 09 (nine) lacs and obtained Narayan group receipt numbers 100009/08-09, 100010/08-09 and 100011/08-09 all dated 30.03.2009.
Since i am not able to get in touch with the authorised personnel with Narayan group, please advise next course of action on my part as to when, where and how much installment i need to pay to have the possession of the 4BHk flats I had booked and consequently allotted?

Latest Answer: Narayan group and Urbana Jewels project is a fraud. Be careful.

Is this looting Developer called Narayan Group exist in Jaipur?
Q: This company had its Rep office opened in Dubai, where they collected huge sum of money from the NRIs and then without informing they disappeared from Dubai.

When asked to repay the moneys they have collected, they are threatening of severe consequences. Therefore, people should be careful of this builder.

Latest Answer: Narayan Group entired the real estate sector in 2003 and many of their projects are under construction.

I want to know about Narayan Group Jaipur.
Q: It is understood that the original project of Narayan Infinity has been sold to some party in Kolkata probably by the name Urban and the project has been renamed by the new builders as Urban Jewels.

Latest Answer: Yes, looks like Narayana Infinity will be now called Urbana Infinity. The project has not been taken over by any particular real estate company. It is by a group of partners.

Q: Arey bhai koi batayega yeh Infinity kab ban kar taiyaar hoga. Yeh log paise khake baithe hai...har mahine tankwa se EMI kat jati hai lekin actual construction koi ata pata nahi hai.
