Nagavara

Overview

Nagawara is situated in the Northern part of Bangalore, adjoining the IT Hub of Hebbal. Nagawara  nestled between Hennur Bellary Road Layout (HBR Layout) and Thanisandra. From Thanisandra to Doddaballapur – this corridor once home to farmlands, is today being pegged by many as the next emerging real estate hotspot of the city. Kalyan Nagar, Narayanappa Layout, Saraipalya, Hebbal Kempapura, Guddadahalli, Hebbal, Kanaka Nagar, and Sultanpalya are its neighboring localities. Currently, the Nagawara region is the centre of all IT activity in the North Bengaluru belt. Not only does it house the Embassy Manyata Tech Park, and the Karle SEZ, but physical infrastructure in the region is also better developed than areas like Dodda Doddaballapur and Devanahalli.

Connectivity

Nagawara is situated close to Hebbal, which boasts of roads and flyovers that joins Outer Ring Road and Bellary Road. Nagavara also benefits from the advantage of connectivity between Service Road on HBR Layout, Outer Ring Road, Hebbal Flyover, and NH-7.

Nagawara houses several reputed IT Companies like IBM, Philips, Nokia Siemens Network, Fidelity Investments, and Cognizant Technology Solutions.

The Bangalore City Junction, which is the primary railway station in Bengaluru is located 15 km away from Nagawara, and is a 30-minute drive via Bellary Road. It can also be reached using BMTC A/C Volvo and non-A/C buses, which ply the area every 20 minutes.

Kempegowda International Airport is situated 30 km away, and is accessible via NH-7

Namma Metro phase-II will soon be a reality, which will incorporate the Gottigere-Nagawara line.
