BBMP is not keeping track off civic works

1 Comment Sub Category:Awareness,Community,Municipality Posted On: Jan 16, 2012

A tree branch fall at Siddalingaiah Circle in Bangalore has proved the utter negligence of namma Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP)!

Even after a loss of life due to tree fall, BBMP seems not have learnt a lesson.

The tree branch which fell down on a passer by weighed 29 kgs and its has fractured the person’s skull!

This shows the civic works maintained in the city by BBMP. It’s civic body’s duty to keep track of all these things in the city.

Even the residents belonging to the surrounding claim to have complained BBMP to axe down the tree branches.

The commuters in these roads have also requested the traffic police to cut down the tree as they felt it unsafe!

However, none of these complaints energized BBMP to axe down the tree. At least now after a loss of life, the city civic bodies should commence taking necessary civic precautions to avoid incidents like these!
