		<description>I have booked a flat in the month of feb,2012 . The total area booked is 750Sq.ft but the built up area is 517Sq.ft as given by the builder however from Jan,2012 as learnt that builder wil charge on built up area I feel that he should give me 750sq.ft built up area for use and not 517Sq.ft. Would you please clarify the same.
