It sounds illogical when ready to move in properties with similar rate are not being sold. And if its correct then its good work for IT department / P. Chidambaram to search who are interested in this properties? Are the applicants paying proper income/wealth tax? How much black money involve in this? Rather than increasing direct and indirect taxes on common salaried class, IT department / P. Chidambaram should focus on these 1300 applicants. I think 3000 Cr. tax will be collected. Do not think people will bid for property worth 3.2 Cr base prices in such a huge number! It sounds illogical when ready to move in properties with similar rate are not being sold.
