<description>I came to know about this from a far relative. I booked it yesterday.
As Vikas mentioned above, the price is higher than surrounding and the builder is promising high quality. So far it looks fine. The iron rod count in the pillars is 12 and more thicker than the neighbouring ones.

We have seen their previous building (Kalyan Nagar) and it has good looks + good interiors - doors, locks, handles, paints, kitchen slab, bathroom tiles, taps, etc. So we were impressed and booked it.
Expecting to finish by Nov 2013.

If you need more info, you can contact me.

<description>I visited all the projects in this area and finally narrowed down my search to Sohum Isiri. This builder is new but he has done 1 more project in Kalyan Nagar &quot;Sai Leela Palace&quot; which has royal looks. I saw the construction material for this project, honestly speaking it is far better than other buildings. Per Sq cost is 400-500 more for that area but whatever things has promised and if delivers, rate would be justifiable.
As of now it is approved with HDFC, LIC, ICICI, Axis but I was planning to go with SBI and he has promised he would take approval from SBI in next few days. He is ready to give A-Khata for the plan and ready to add clause in agreements like if things are not delivered as per plan, he will reduce the cost.
