Tata Housing to Construct Luxury Apartments and Penthouses in Bangalore
Tata Housing Development Company Ltd recently announced the launch of its new luxury residential project named ‘The Promont’ in Bangalore. This project has been designed by far-famed architect Moshe Safdie who upholds the credit of designing for one of the wonderful project Marina Bay Sands Resort in Singapore and “The Promont” is said to be Safdie’s first residential project in India. Brotin Banerjee the MD and CEO of the Tata Housing Development reported saying that “The Promont” is said to be the vision of Tata Housing for standing reputation of one of the finest construction and ethics.
This masterpiece will join the committee of fine luxury properties envisioned by the Tata group. Nearly cores of approaches has come forward to provide function to this residential project even before the formation has been started. The Promont remarks nothing less than an icon for the city of Bangalore. The Promont is planned in such way that it enlivens the beauty of the city wherein it offers 4 luxurious apartment towers with 320 three and four bedroom apartments and penthouses measuring nearly 2376 square feet to 6410 square feet. This project in Bangalore will also follow up the green building guidelines codified by Indian Green Building Council (IGBC).
