Overview
Sarjapur Attibele Road is a suburb of  east of Bangalore. It is a fast developing locality and comes under the supervision of BBMP. Some of the prominent localities located close to Sarjapur Attibele Road are Sompura, Dommasandra, Thippasandra, Gudighattanahalli, Mattanahalli, Belathur, Bagalur, Chichuraganapalli, Alambadi, Bommasandra etc. It is a fast-developing locality with good connectivity to key IT cluster areas like Whitefield, Electronic City, Outer Ring Road, Marathahalli and Koramangala. It is a border town in Anekal Taluk, situated 28 km from Bangalore City. It has close proximity to SH35 and NH648 which has further access with NH44. The area is home to many manufacturing and textile industries. Automobile companies like TVS Motors and Ashok Leyland and IT firms such as Infosys Technologies Ltd, Wipro Ltd and Hewlett-Packard also operate in within proximity of this region. Accessibility and availability of social and physical infrastructure are the strongest attractions of Sarjapur Attibele Road. Last year, the central government has given nod for the construction of Peripheral Ring Road connecting Tumkur Road to Hosur Road via KR Puram, Bellary Road and Sarjapur Road.

Connectivity

Sarjapur-Attibele Road is one of the important road that connect the locality to the various places. Also, AH-43 of Asian Highway Network passes through the region. This road connects to the place to Kolkata and other states in India.

Transportation facilities are good in the locality. KTC, BMTC, and KSRTC buses can get easily from the locality. A four-lane road connects Attibele to Bangalore through BMTC and KTC buses. Other major roads connecting to the area are Hosur Road and Anekal Road.

Heelalige Railway Station, Carmelaram Railway Station and Hosur Railway Station are the three major railway station to this locality from where you can avail interstate trains. However, Carmelaram is the nearest railway station to Sarjapur Attibele Road which is located at a distance of 12 km via Ambalipura - Sarjapur Road/Sarjapur Main Road.

This locality enjoys excellent connectivity to Kempegowda International Airport which is at a distance 62 km via NH 44.

Proposed & Planned Infra
Road widening work between Iblur and Carmelaram junctions.
Proposed Namma Metro Phase-3 will have a subway station nearby.
Proposed Anekal-Attibele-Sarjapur-Varthur-Whitefield-Hoskote Road stretch(47.5 km at a cost of Rs 625 crore).
It is an added advantage to this region that the State Government has declared project sites for Bio - SEZ and Agri - Economic Zone, which has also attracted several companies for infrastructure developments.


Factors for future growth
IIMB's new campus and The Azim Premji University is building its permanent campus on an 80-acre plot between Attibele and Sarjapur under the Anekal Planning Authority limits which could give boost to rental demand in the locality.

Phase-2 alignment of Bangalore Metro Rail with one of its route R V Road – Bommasandra (18.80 km) will pass through the locality which can create a residential demand and development in the locality.

Close to manufacturing and textile industries along with major IT Parks such as Hosur IT Park, JP IT Park, Harita IT Park and Software Technology Park have been a plus point for Sarjapur Attibele Road driving rental demand and consistent rental yield.

Infrastructural Development (Social & Physical)
Sarjapur Attibele Road houses some good schools and colleges in its vicinity. Some of the schools located in the vicinity are Little Elly Pre School, Indus International School, Bangalore Steiner School, Silver Oaks International School and Iventure Academy.
Health care facility is also good in the locality as some of the major hospitals in the vicinity are NH Health City, Sparsh Hospital, Narayana Health Corporate Office, Columbia Asia Hospital-Whitefield.
