Sector-84’s ideal location along NH-8 Dwarka Expressway Intersection worked to its advantage, and attracted many builders and property buyers to invest here.

 

The affordable property rates in Sector-84 led to the construction of a multitude of new residential projects in the year 2009 and 2010. Additionally, there are proposals made for a metro line alongside Dwarka Expressway and an Interstate Bus Terminus connecting Gurgaon to the rest of the country, along with a 300-acre SEZ that will propel growth in Sector-84.

 

The completion of the Dwarka-Gurgaon Link Expresswayproject will ensure speedier access to the airport, connecting the 100 mt and 80 mt urban express roads. Good connectivity to the current metro corridor and the proposed diplomatic enclave will further fuel the real estate market in the neighbouring areas. Because of this enhanced connectivity, land banks of this expressway will become one of the most sought-after residential locations in the NCR.

 

Given its proximity to this expressway and the commercial belt that will soon be developed around Sectors 105, 106, and 109, Sector-84 will witness a wave of development in the future.
