List of RERA approved projects and agents in Madhya Pradesh

Madhya Pradesh RERA:

Madhya Pradesh had notified the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA) on October 22, 2016. The state govt has already launched an online portal and a permanent regulatory authority.

Government of Madhya Pradesh implemented the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act and established the Madhya Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority on May 1, 2017. With the launch of an online portal and establishment of a permanent regulatory authority, the no of registration of projects and agents under this act has increased remarkably.

Status of registered projects, agents and complaint:

As per the Madhya Pradesh RERA website, 2180 real estate projects have been registered with the state regulator. A total number of 1629 developers/builders have been also registered with the Madhya Pradesh RERA.

At the same time, 547 real estate agents have been approved for registration numbers, which will remain valid for 5 years and further they have to get the extension after paying a small fee.

With Madhya Pradesh, cases have been filed against 1868, and 788 cases have been disposed of by the authority and 1080 cases transferred to Adjudicating Office (AO).

Irrespective of these approved projects/agents, RERA has rejected several real estate projects as well.  As of now, the authority has rejected 39 non-registered projects as well.

List of approved projects and agents: West Bengal HIRA

West Bengal HIRA:

In June 2017, West Bengal govt had notified its own version of RERA, West Bengal Housing & Industry Regulation Act (WBHIRA). The West Bengal Housing Industry Regulation Bill 2017 was passed by the state assembly, on August 16, 2017.

The Housing Industry Regulatory Authority is established under section 20 of West Bengal Housing Industry Regulatory Act,2017 which has been published in the Official Gazette of dated 17th October 2017 and came into effect on 1st June 2018.

As per the information available, a total no of 425 ongoing projects has been registered and approved under the act. Meanwhile, only 217 real estate agents have been registered and got registration certificate and only one agent have been rejected.

List of RERA approved projects & agents: Uttarakhand RERA

Uttarakhand RERA:

Uttarakhand Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Act, 2017 were notified on 28 April 2017 and registration has been started on 1 May 2017 through offline mode. But the Uttarakhand govt has recently launched its RERA website for online registration of real estate projects and for filing complaints against builders, agents under Uttarakhand State RERA.

As of now, 235 projects have been registered with the state regulator and 246 real estate agents have been certified by the regulatory body.

As per Uttarakhand RERA Rules, homebuyers need to file a complaint against the developer in Uttarakhand RERA Authority instead of consumer court or consumer forum or civil court.

Complaint to Uttarakhand RERA Adjudicating Officer  - Any complaint relating to claim of interest and compensation which is covered by section 12,14,18, and 19 of RERA Act, 2016, can be filed in form ‘N’ before Uttarakhand RERA Adjudicating Officer. You have to pay Rs.1000 as a fee to file complain under Adjudicating officer.

Complaint to Uttarakhand RERA Authority – Any complaint describing to breaches of RERA Act, or RERA Rules and Regulations. Applicants can file the complaint before RERA Authority in form “M” after paying the prescribed fees of Rs.1000.

After following the prescribed procedure, the RERA Authority shall dispose of the complaint within 60 days of filing. In case of not disposed within the said period, the officer shall have to record the reasons.

Till date, 5 project application for registration has been rejected and 7 projects got the extension of registration.

List of approved projects & agents: Himachal Pradesh RERA

Himachal Pradesh RERA:

RERA Act enacted in Himachal Pradesh on 28 September 2017. These rules may be called the Himachal Pradesh Real Estate (Regulation and Development) (General) Rules, 2017. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

The State Govt. on 4th February 2017 has chosen the Director, Town and Country Planning as the Designated Officer as needed under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act 2016. The Director of Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning will act has the interim regulator.

 The Himachal Pradesh Government had launched its official website for registration of all ongoing real estate projects under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA).

As of now, 29 real estate projects have been registered with regulatory authority and 26 agents have been allowed Registration Certificate.

After much delay, the Haryana government has finally launched its RERA websites for both the regulatory authorities, Gurgaon and Panchkula on July 25, 2017. The State government has set two separate regulatory bodies, including a dedicated authority for the Gurgaon region

Haryana RERA – Panchkula Bench:

Panchkula RERA deals with agents and developers engaged in that region including Surajkund, Jhajjar, Palwal, Rewari, Ambala, Anangpur, Karnal, Panipat, Rohtak, Faridabad, Ballabhgarh, Kurukshetra, and Panchkula. Panchkula bench is directed by Rajan Gupta who is the Chairperson of the regulatory authority.

Under Haryana RERA – Panchkula bench, 257 ongoing and new projects have been successfully registered and 899 complaints on delay in delivery of possession have been registered and resolved. As of now, the number of registered agents are 468.

The Gurgaon bench of Haryana RERA deals with builders having projects in Gurgaon only.

As of now, as many as 301 ongoing residential projects in Gurgaon have been registered and over 1199 complaints have been registered and resolved.
