Factors for future growth :

Blue Line of Delhi Metro has ten stations within Dwarka and runs through the locality making travelling within Dwarka very easy.
Development of Pankha Flyover and Palam Flyover has also eased traffic in their respective routes, further improving accessibility to the locality.
The area is in close proximity to the major business parks in Gurgaon that hosts various multinational companies such as Microsoft, IBM, KPMG, Ernst & Young, to name a few.
With skyrocketing prices, several sectors of Gurgaon have become unaffordable for many. Thus, Dwarka serves as an alternative residential destination for the professionals working at Gurgaon.
Infrastructure Developments – Social & Physical :
The upcoming Dwarka Expressway will connect Dwarka with NH-8 at Kherki Dhaula and will pass Pataudi Road in Gurgaon. Dwarka-Najafgarh Metro Corridor, which is under construction, will further boost Dwarka’s connectivity to other parts of NCR.
