yeah, I am agree with the both...It is a profitable deal to invest in Gurgaon property. Some reputed developers and builders like Vigneshwara, Vatika, DLF are developing so many projects in the city with new features and ideas.
As per the records , currently there are more than 300 residential projects in Gurgaon and many more are coming up too. Both first-time as well as second-time home buyers are investing in Gurgaon realty. Many developers are buying and have already bought land chunks to develop projects.
Real estate in Gurgaon is very profitable, especially to investors. They can make high profit in short span of time. No bank or other financial institutions can reap benefits as fast as the realty sector in Gurgaon.
For ex. if there is a new project launched in Gurgaon with per unit cost of Rs 2 crore, and an investor would have to pay around Rs 20 lakh an upfront amount (10 percent of the unit cost).
