Q:Hi,Original sale deed (between builder - 1st party and 1st to 2nd party) for flat bought in 2000 in Pune are not collected from earliers owner. Now willing to sell the flat though we have our transaction original + plus certified copies of previous sale deed from sub-registered office advocate of current buyer is not agreeing on this . And also we are not able to find the person we bought the flat from. Pls. suggest.
Latest Answer: There are number of Banks which offers Home loan to under construction property. OC is mandatory only for occupying the property once the construction is complete. For applying HOme Loan OC is not mandatory/required. You can seek your legal expert help or builder/developer for applying Home Loan Thank you
