I have been also a victim of the buy back scheme of Morpheus Pratiksha. I invested in Year- 2013 and they promised to return the money at rate of 30%. When the time came to get my hard earned money back, and I deposited the cheque in the bank, it got returned with a note, insufficient fund. I have all the MOU and other documents. Can any one suggest what should I do next?

Latest Answer: Not much information but BM Developers has successfully completed variety of projects like construction of residential houses, multi-storied buildings, apartments, commercial complexes etc. Some of the project are BM Reveira, BM Silver Oaks, BM Serenity, BM Lotus etc.
Q:Builder is a cheater, don't believe them.
While booking the plots they promise many things, and once it is registered your problems will start.
There will be many things in the registration document which you may not have imagined. Initailly they will say that they will pay the interest until posession, but once it is registered they will give one or other reason and say they will not pay the interest.
While booking they will say, project will be completed in 1.5 to 2 years, but that time is already over, but still not even a single block construction is over...
Please don't get into their projects.
Latest Answer: Hi Habeeb, Every builder has pros and cons. Builder can extend the possession time by 6 months, for which now-a-days almost all the projects are getting delayed. Builders are misusing the law and strict action should be taken for that.
