Q:I am a resident of Chennai. Currently stay in an iIndependent rented house in Bangalore as I am working here. I am planning to buy flat in Bangalore (occupy date given on June 2013). Can I buy the flats now or should I wait for 5-6 months? Kindly give your opinion.

Ready-to-move options are always advisable as there is no risk involved, and one thing it is always a good time to buy property now.
