Q:I am staying in a rented apartment recently heard mice in the walls,cockroaches and spiders all over.It is really difficult for me to stay in such conditions.Please help me with my rights to get it fumigated? I dont think I should pay it from my pocket ,shall I ask my landlord to pay for it? And if he is ready to pay then do I have to get an authorization and ask him in advance about the amount he is willing to refund.
